to announce the opening of its New Jersey offices at 12B Industrial Avenue
in Upper Saddle River. The 10,000 square foot complex will serve as the
company's national sales and marketing headquarters, as Advanced Barcode
Technology launches an aggressive sales initiative throughout the United
States. Mr. Charles Bibas, ABT President and CEO, announced that the Company
is also spearheading a campaign to recruit additional sales executives
and channel resellers with new programs featuring higher margins and untapped,
lucrative territories.

April 1, 2001 - Advanced Barcode Technology
today announced the availability of AM-2000, a comprehensive asset management
product for enhancing control of business resources. AM-2000 tracks fixed
business assets, such as computers and office equipment, to help companies
monitor the allocation, utilization, and costs associated with standard
equipment deployment. ABT also announced the Spring, 2001 availability
of ST-2000 Store Room / Tool Room, which tracks equipment rentals and loans.

today announced the Spring, 2001 availability of JT-2000 Job Tracking,
a software solution that streamlines production processes by tracking the
progress of work through all stages of production. This solution complements
ABT's IC-2000 Inventory Tracking package, which enables businesses to manage
inventory in warehouses, stock rooms, retail environments, and other locations
where items are continually received and shipped for delivery.

February 19, 2001 - Advanced Barcode
Technology, Inc. (ABT) today announced that AMA Auction Service, Inc. has
deployed ABT's networked IC-2000 to manage the movement of inventory between
its New Jersey warehouse and auctions across the United States. ABT's automatic
identification solution, which consists of a Palm® device equipped
with a bar code scanner and ABT's Inventory Control software, has enabled
AMA Auction to migrate from paper-based tracking to an automated, computer-based
system that identifies individual objects of art and monitors their progress
from the time they are stocked in the warehouse until they are delivered
to a buyer. AMA Auction has realized six-digit savings as the result of
the implementation, with a significant reduction in theft and inadvertent
loss, greater control of inventory levels, and the ability to identify
specific items for auction based on international price fluctuations.

certification program designed to provide training and sales support for
ABT solution resellers. On announcing the program today, Charles Bibas,
ABT President and CEO, indicated that ABT-certified resellers would become
eligible for significant discounts on product purchases and other special
programs. Mr. Bibas also indicated that ABT's 2001 marketing campaign will
include stepped-up Internet marketing activity, print and online advertising,
and special product promotions.
